I highly recommend Y & C spa, where I receive outstanding professional theraputic and swedish massage for athletic and arthritic pain. They offer good price packages, friendly and prompt customer service, and private, spacious, beautifuand clean rooms. They do excellent relief of sciatica and other back and shoulder-related overuse. The pressure is perfect-- not too hard to injure, but hard enough to uncramp. At the same time, their kindness and soothing touch is beautiful relaxing.

Y & C gave an awesome massage for related sports injuries and just a general sublime relaxed chill. The masseuse was highly professional, on time and very friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully lit. Overall a fantastic healing!
